Since its inception in 2015 from a modest 7m² flat with a single printer, BURGA has evolved into a global brand boasting over 3 million customers and more than 10 million products sold, with projected revenues exceeding 130 million by 2025. Our products have caught the attention of some of the most renowned celebrities, including Taylor Swift and Cara Delevingne.
Our mission is to elevate the ordinary into the extraordinary, transforming everyday items into fashionable accessories. To support our rapid expansion, we are constructing a state-of-the-art 10-million-euro manufacturing facility in Kaunas, with the capacity to produce 40,000 products daily.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will join us at a pivotal moment. Your objective will be to develop and scale a premier operational framework that facilitates prompt execution, informed decision-making, and sustainable growth towards a billion-dollar enterprise.
Your responsibilities: You will serve as a strategic partner to the founders and executive leadership, overseeing company-wide operations and ensuring that all teams function with transparency, effective execution, and alignment with company objectives.
Your oversight will encompass critical operational areas such as Customer Support, Quality Assurance, IT, and cross-functional execution, while instituting scalable processes that empower teams to operate autonomously and consistently achieve results.
