As the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), you will play a pivotal role, directly impacting product vision, innovation, technical strategy, and the overall growth of Tessan. You will be a key driver within the company, bridging our product, design, and technology teams.

Your Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and steer the overall product strategy: vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business and user objectives.
Oversee innovation and digital transformation: integrate new technologies (AI, IoT, telemedicine) to enhance Tessan's impact.
Ensure intuitive user journeys and consistent interfaces across all our platforms and devices.

Product & Design Leadership

Directly manage the Product Lead while indirectly guiding product and design teams.
Establish a product function, foster a user-centered and experimental culture, and nurture talent.
Drive user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Directly manage 2 Engineering Managers and provide indirect support to tech teams.
Oversee technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications.
Ensure delivery of the technical roadmap and contribute to critical developments as needed.
Align technological choices with Tessan's overall strategy (stack, tools, architecture, deployment).

Collaboration & Impact

Act as the bridge between product, tech, and business, ensuring every technical decision supports the product strategy and vice versa.
Define and monitor product and tech KPIs, measuring impact and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.
Promote an agile, user-oriented, and data-driven organization.
