We are on the lookout for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will spearhead our revenue initiatives and ensure our vision becomes a reality.
The Role
As the CRO, you will take full ownership of our revenue strategy, encompassing supply, demand, and partnerships. You will build and manage a dynamic team to execute this vision. Your ability to see the big picture, identifying leverage points and bottlenecks, will be crucial in constructing a self-sustaining revenue engine. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a knack for decision-making.

Your Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Develop strategies for Bizly's success on both supply and demand fronts, including partnerships that enhance growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales and partnerships organization as we expand.
- Enterprise Engagement: Utilize our existing Fortune 500 client relationships and distribution agreements to accelerate our market position.
- Revenue Accountability: Own the revenue targets and ensure they are met.
