Position Summary
As an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Blackbird Health, you will be integral in providing high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults. You will cultivate meaningful connections with patients, ensuring their active engagement in treatment by spending sufficient time to understand their needs, educating them on therapeutic methods, and offering continuous support. You will monitor patient progress against their care goals while delivering effective psychotherapy to diverse developmental and neurodiverse populations. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of young patients and their families. This hybrid role accommodates the needs of our patients by offering therapy sessions after school, in the evenings, and on weekends.
