As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at Blackbird Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. Your responsibilities will include establishing meaningful connections with patients, understanding their needs, providing education regarding therapeutic approaches, and offering continuous support. You will track patient progress towards their care goals and implement effective psychotherapy practices for diverse developmental and neurodiverse populations. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young patients and their families. This position requires providing direct care therapy sessions during afterschool hours, evenings, and weekends.
