RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.Assist in supervising the Facilities Engineering team.Support the engineering team with various responsibilities as needed.Develop work procedures and streamline workflow.Assign tasks and review completed work to ensure quality and compliance with team standards.Ensure all work adheres to established policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Standardize procedures to enhance team efficiency.Manage the engineering library and maintain infrastructure documentation.Ensure accurate as-built records of projects and document necessary operational and maintenance changes.Keep all engineering spaces organized and clean.Procure and maintain adequate stock of spare parts and tools for the team.Maintain a procedures manual for daily operations.Compile and manage service logs.Test and verify the functionality of building fire life systems. WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications AA, OE, refrigerant, electrical, and other relevant certifications.Experience as a journey-level HVAC mechanic.A minimum of five years of experience managing essential building operations.
