About the job
- Oversee and manage infrastructure development projects, including residential buildings, roads, and plant facilities.
- Conduct civil and structural analysis, including:
- Structural calculations (soil bearing capacity, loads, and foundation types).
- Bridge structure calculations and analysis.
- Develop and implement building maintenance plans.
- Estimate costs for repairs and maintenance of buildings.
- Monitor and evaluate project work regularly.
- Prepare technical planning and create cost estimation documents (RAB).
- Willingness to work on-site (operational areas/field support) and travel as required by project needs.
