We are currently in search of a Civil Project Engineer to enhance our vibrant team. You will be immersed in a culture that promotes deep collaboration, technical excellence, and ongoing professional development. As a crucial member of our civil engineering division, you will engage in a diverse range of projects, including notable completed works such as Edwards Lifesciences, County of Orange Administration, and San Marcos High School. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas to bring high-performance, community-focused designs to fruition.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Civil Project Engineer, you will work closely with Project Designers and Project Managers to guide the civil design process from initial concept to construction completion. Your contributions will be essential in shaping projects and ensuring their successful realization.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strategize, design, and implement civil engineering solutions.

  • Contribute to the overall project strategy, timelines, and coordination to facilitate project success.

  • Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

  • Assist in construction administration tasks, such as responding to RFIs and evaluating submittals.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
