We are currently in search of a Civil Project Manager to enhance our vibrant team. You will thrive in a culture that emphasizes profound collaboration, technical excellence, and ongoing growth. As a vital member of our civil engineering team, you will engage in a diverse array of projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across our offices in California and Texas to realize high-performance, community-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all stages of civil engineering projects from planning and design to execution, ensuring all objectives regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide exceptional solutions, achieve project objectives, and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Oversee the creation and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency throughout.
Guide, mentor, and support designers and project engineers, promoting technical excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
Represent the firm through active involvement in professional organizations and industry activities, fostering continuous learning and industry engagement.
