We are currently in search of a Civil Project Manager to enhance our vibrant team. You will thrive in a culture that emphasizes profound collaboration, technical excellence, and ongoing growth. As a vital member of our civil engineering team, you will engage in a diverse array of projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across our offices in California and Texas to realize high-performance, community-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all stages of civil engineering projects from planning and design to execution, ensuring all objectives regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide exceptional solutions, achieve project objectives, and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Oversee the creation and coordination of schematic design, design development, and construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency throughout.

  • Guide, mentor, and support designers and project engineers, promoting technical excellence, teamwork, and professional development.

  • Represent the firm through active involvement in professional organizations and industry activities, fostering continuous learning and industry engagement.
