Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough checks of completed work to ensure adherence to quality control standards. Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure that all finished works meet the required standards, managing quality against approved benchmarks; coordinate with QA managers to ensure timely documentation submission by contractors. Engage with subcontractors to monitor progress against schedules and facilitate subcontractor meetings. Oversee site documentation management. Actively participate in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering assessments, planning and coordination discussions, and handover meetings. Review design drawings with the team and effectively resolve any arising issues. Monitor and inspect contractor work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications to achieve zero defects; utilize the approved platform for snag list management. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential. Proactive and able to work independently. Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale projects. Experience in facades and fit-out projects is desirable. Previous experience in data centers is an advantage.
