We are excited to invite applications for the position of Civil Structural Associate Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality control of construction works, ensuring adherence to standards at all stages.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to guarantee that all completed works align with approved benchmarks, coordinating with QA managers for timely submission of documentation from contractors.
  • Maintain effective communication with subcontractors to monitor project progress against the schedule and conduct subcontractor meetings.
  • Manage site documentation, including RFIs, technical submissions, trackers, reports, and all relevant documentation related to your scope of management.
  • Participate actively in site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering assessments, planning sessions, and handover meetings.
  • Review engineering drawings in collaboration with the design team, swiftly resolving any arising issues.
  • Monitor contractor work closely to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications, aiming for zero defects, and prepare snag lists through the approved platform.
  • Supervise subcontractor activities, tracking progress and manpower levels, ensuring the protection of finished works and addressing any necessary observations.
  • Coordinate tasks to ensure all trades have adequate time, materials, and resources to meet project schedules.
  • Manage health and safety protocols, including daily SPA issuance and permits, ensuring compliance with approved MSRA/RAMS, and actively participate in daily DABs and whiteboard meetings.

 

Qualifications:
