- Use Microsoft Excel to enter and manage data related to claims and disputes.
- Carefully follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each claim submission.
- Keep organized records of all claims, supporting documents, and communications.
- Share clear, timely updates with internal teams or clients as needed.
