Key Responsibilities of the Cleaning Validation Engineer:
- Lead the strategy and execution of cleaning validation for technology transfer projects.
- Conduct soil evaluations to rank worst-case products and residues.
- Identify worst-case equipment configurations and establish justification approaches.
- Develop and support performance qualification strategies for cleaning validation.
- Utilize existing validation data to maintain a risk-based methodology.
- Draft and review validation protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
- Support cleanability assessments and sample recovery considerations as needed.
- Coordinate validation activities across various workstreams.
- Oversee deviations, investigations, and corrective actions related to cleaning validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, MS&T, and Engineering.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards.
