Role Overview
We are seeking an insightful, proactive, and strategically-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team.
This pivotal position lies at the convergence of research, strategy, and relationship management. You will play a crucial role in how CodeLink identifies, engages, and secures high-value clients within the US market.
Your efforts will ensure that every outreach is meticulously targeted while continuously enhancing the foundation of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Research & Outreach
- Identify and curate lists of high-value prospects that align with CodeLink's Ideal Customer Profile.
- Conduct in-depth research into target companies and key decision-makers to uncover their context, needs, and buying signals.
- Develop tailored outreach sequences in collaboration with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build a robust pipeline and secure meeting bookings.
- Monitor engagement trends and refine outreach strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Maintain and enrich a real-time database of high-value prospects, ensuring up-to-date contact information, company context, and buying signals.
Outreach Intelligence
- Partner with the Sales team to implement outreach campaigns that generate a pipeline of scheduled meetings for Founders’ onsite visits.
- Analyze event landscapes, attendee lists, and target accounts to optimize meeting opportunities.
- Research speakers, sponsors, and valuable participants to facilitate strategic engagement.
- Work with the Sales team to carry out pre-event and post-event outreach and nurturing to convert initial contacts into qualified opportunities.
- Document, organize, and enhance post-event insights including contacts, discussions, and next steps.
Sales Operations
- Ensure a clean, structured, and actionable CRM system is maintained.
- Compile weekly research briefs and pipeline updates for the sales team.
- Identify and implement tools, workflows, or data sources that enhance lead generation efficiency.
- Develop scalable processes to improve how we generate and qualify the sales pipeline.
