Qualifications
Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including market research, prospecting, discovery calls, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and targeted lead generation. Conduct discovery calls to identify client communication challenges and explore PR opportunities. Present strategic recommendations and guide prospects towards project-based or retainer agreements. Secure smaller projects during the onboarding phase while laying the groundwork for long-term client retainers. Foster relationships that turn initial engagements into substantial annual contracts. Document outreach, pipeline activities, and deal progression accurately in the CRM. Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as booked discovery calls, qualified opportunities, projected pipeline value, and closed revenue. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to client service delivery. Engage in knowledge transfer and shadowing with senior team members during onboarding. Provide market insights that enhance our positioning, messaging, and sales strategies. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience closing deals in a B2B sales environment. Proficient in managing the full sales funnel, from prospecting to closing. Demonstrated ability to independently generate opportunities without inbound leads. History of stable tenure in previous sales roles, ideally with a minimum of three years in a single position. C2-level English fluency with minimal accent. Strong on-camera presence and the ability to lead client-facing discussions confidently. Consistent work ethic with a reliable approach to weekly sales activities.
