At Translation Empire, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Client Handling Representative to enhance our vibrant team. Your Responsibilities:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls while responding efficiently across various communication platforms.
- Assess and address client and linguist needs, delivering precise support to guarantee satisfaction.
- Recruit, evaluate, and onboard freelance interpreters across a diverse range of 300+ languages.
- Conduct verification of work eligibility, security checks, qualifications, and ensure compliance with documentation.
- Keep meticulous records and clearly communicate application statuses to linguists.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, resolve issues promptly, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
What We Seek:
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling incoming calls.
- An empathetic, patient, and problem-solving approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Shift Timings:
Female Shifts: 1:00PM - 10:00PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Male Shifts: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM / 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM / 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
