About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Client Operations Manager to take charge of client delivery, execution oversight, and operational processes across a variety of accounts.
This role demands a high level of ownership and execution focus, where you will:
- Oversee client communications and set clear expectations
- Foster accountability among teams
- Guarantee consistent delivery and forward momentum
- Create systems that close operational gaps
Your primary objective is to ensure clients continue to progress without the need for founder intervention in daily operations.
Your Responsibilities
Client Operations & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate communication through:
- Slack
- Google Workspace
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor:
- Progress
- Commitments
- Obstacles
- Ensure clear and structured communication among all stakeholders
Delivery & Execution Management
- Maintain a real-time tracker for all client workstreams
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Identify and manage the top 2–3 priorities per client weekly
- Proactively identify risks and address execution challenges
- Step in to remove obstacles and drive momentum
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Develop and enhance:
- SOPs
- Workflows
- Operational systems
- Spot inefficiencies and implement structured solutions
- Create automated processes for:
- Reporting
- Tracking
- Notifications
- Utilize AI tools to boost efficiency and execution
Team Coordination & Accountability
- Align cross-functional teams on:
- Timelines
- Deliverables
- Outcomes
- Hold teams accountable while nurturing strong relationships
- Quickly identify and address bottlenecks
Hiring Support (As Needed)
- Assist with:
- CV reviews
- Initial candidate assessments
- Provide structured insights for hiring decisions
