This position begins as part-time (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with an hourly pay rate ranging from $20 to $25.

ROLE SUMMARY
As a Client Relations Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for real estate agents interested in commission advances. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the application and onboarding processes, assisting them in submitting accurate documentation, and preparing files for review and approval.
This role emphasizes pre-approval support, ensuring agents understand the necessary requirements, helping them complete applications, and verifying all information is correct and ready for decision-making. You will also reach out to agents who initiated applications but did not complete them, addressing their inquiries and fostering swift, friendly communication throughout.
This dynamic, communication-intensive role demands strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and exceptional client service capabilities.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Engage with prospective clients through phone, text, email, and chat
• Assist agents through the application and documentation submission process
• Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify potential obstacles (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)
• Follow up with agents who started but did not finish their applications
• Prepare clean and accurate files for approval review
• Maintain a high response rate and deliver an outstanding client experience
• Educate clients on subsequent steps, documentation needs, and timelines
• Update Salesforce with client details, document statuses, and application progress
• Coordinate internally with operations as files progress toward approval
• Track application developments to ensure timely decisions
