About the Role
EliseAI is in search of a compassionate and approachable Client Research Analyst who thrives on engaging with people and assisting teams in feeling supported. In this role, you’ll become the trusted voice recognized by our on-site teams, proactively checking in, attentively listening, and identifying what’s working well (and what isn’t) before minor issues escalate into major concerns.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of one of our core products, such as Leasing or Delinquency, and utilize that expertise to steer conversations, respond to inquiries, and provide valuable insights in real time. Positioned between Customer Success and Product Solutions, you will be a reliable partner who helps triage concerns, gather feedback, and ensure that insights are communicated effectively. If a resolution isn’t achievable on the call, you’ll know how to ask the right questions and connect with Product Solutions or a Customer Success Manager with the necessary context.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, well-organized, and invigorated by merging product knowledge with genuine human interactions. You will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience at scale, while maintaining the personal touch.
