A Day in the Life of an Associate
As an Associate within the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert insights they require. Throughout your day, you will manage multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers from prestigious organizations seeking expertise to inform their strategic decisions. This role is communications-intensive and will require you to juggle multiple workstreams effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Expert Recruitment: Engage with experts relevant to your clients' projects via phone, often under tight deadlines.
- Market and Project Understanding: Grasp the project and market context, including the legal and regulatory frameworks affecting your clients and experts.
- Project Ownership: Take charge of all aspects of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
