Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the provision of quality home care.
- Oversee coordination of client services and promptly address scheduling challenges.
- Effectively manage and expand your caseload as a Client Services Manager.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
- Establish strong communication and collaborative relationships with your team.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by monitoring caseload metrics and client authorizations.
- Work alongside Clinical Managers to supervise and support Habilitation Technicians.
- Act as a client advocate in collaboration with Clinical Managers, Habilitation Managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and other teams.
- Engage in Person-Centered Planning processes.
- Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers, and DSPs to assess and meet scheduling needs.
- Participate in client ISP meetings and maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators and stakeholders.
