As a Client Services Manager, you will channel your skills and enthusiasm into a supportive team environment that prioritizes exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the provision of quality home care.
  • Oversee coordination of client services and promptly address scheduling challenges.
  • Effectively manage and expand your caseload as a Client Services Manager.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
  • Establish strong communication and collaborative relationships with your team.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility by monitoring caseload metrics and client authorizations.
  • Work alongside Clinical Managers to supervise and support Habilitation Technicians.
  • Act as a client advocate in collaboration with Clinical Managers, Habilitation Managers, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and other teams.
  • Engage in Person-Centered Planning processes.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers, and DSPs to assess and meet scheduling needs.
  • Participate in client ISP meetings and maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators and stakeholders.
