Qualifications:Preferred: A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field. Minimum of three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management, with familiarity in operational processes. Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Able to thrive under pressure and collaborate effectively with high-level professionals in a team environment. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on organization and a growth mindset. At least one year of experience in Training and Development is preferred but not mandatory. Innovative thinker with the ability to understand requirements and devise solutions when necessary. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite. Willingness to work night shifts.

Assist clients in scaling their businesses by leveraging the comprehensive services offered by Global Medical.
Manage the Medical Client-VA relationships effectively.
Address client needs through Global Medical's services by mitigating concerns, anticipating growth opportunities, identifying patterns, managing high-level escalations, and conducting negotiations.
