We are eager to welcome a dedicated Account Representative to our Client Services team in Lincoln, RI. The Account Representative will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of client projects within a SaaS production environment, customizing solutions and processes to meet the unique needs of each account. This role involves managing intricate print and mail workflows, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring precision from project initiation through to billing.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess strong critical thinking and project coordination skills, a knack for mastering new technical concepts, and a genuine enthusiasm for empowering clients to achieve their objectives.

This position is onsite, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday at the FSSI facility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Success: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, including IT, Software Development, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Purchasing. Ensure that client requirements are thoroughly understood and executed.
  • Project Management: Supervise client onboarding, manage daily account tasks, and oversee production workflows.
  • Technical Proficiency: Help clients navigate print, mail, and online presentation specifications, collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, and draft clear documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Data & Reporting: Guarantee accurate client billing and prepare comprehensive client reports.
  • Process Enhancement: Work with teams to improve efficiency and deliver exceptional service.
