A university degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (a Master’s degree is advantageous).0-3 years of project management or related experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in writing high-quality technical documents in English. Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders. Skilled in managing timelines and targets while juggling multiple projects. Willingness to travel both locally and internationally, including to remote project sites. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Adept at functioning in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficient in online communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Join Coral Future as a Climate Change Project Associate where you will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing our expanding portfolio of emission reduction projects worldwide. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial assessments to certification under international carbon and environmental standards. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of emission reduction projects throughout the validation, registration, verification, and issuance processes.
  • Prepare technical project documents, feasibility studies, templates, concept notes, and monitoring reports in compliance with standards such as VCS, Gold Standard, CDM, GCC, and I-RECs.
  • Conduct baseline and additionality assessments, including technical and financial analyses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project owners, third-party auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on project due diligence and proposal preparation while providing expert insights.
  • Conduct site visits to project locations, which may involve remote areas and challenging travel conditions.
  • Review technical documents created by team members and external parties.
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and tools, ensuring project milestones and key information remain current.
  • Offer training and guidance on technical topics, project management, scheduling, and tools to team members.
  • Define vision, strategy, goals, and priorities for Coral Future’s project portfolio while actively seeking new business opportunities.
