Sploot Veterinary Care is hiring a Clinic Medical Director for its Denver, CO location. This leadership role combines hands-on veterinary medicine with clinic management and mentorship. The position offers a flexible schedule: work 3 to 4 days per week in 10 to 12 hour shifts, with no overnight shifts required.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD), licensed and in good standing in Colorado

- Forward-thinking mindset, interested in advancing veterinary care models

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the clinic’s primary veterinarian, setting care standards across the Sploot network
- Develop protocols and oversee quality assurance for patient care
- Mentor veterinarians and nursing staff, supporting their growth
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment for pets and their owners
- Support the expansion of Sploot’s care model
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$180,000, depending on experience and shift schedule
- ProSal compensation model with strong production earning potential and no negative accrual

- Unlimited continuing education and a $2,000 annual travel allowance
