What You'll DoAs a Clinical Associate, you'll play a vital role at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and clinical operations, enhancing the clinician experience with Heidi while shaping our platform's delivery and evolution. Provide peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users, offering practical guidance on integrating Heidi into their workflows, covering product features, patient consent processes, and optimal clinical setups. This role is not sales-focused. Gather and analyze new-user insights, translating qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations for our Product, Lifecycle, GTM, and Product Marketing teams. Leverage your clinical expertise to support customer interactions, validate clinical claims, and enhance commercial materials with credible medical input. Contribute to the development and validation of clinical products, ensuring their clinical accuracy, safety, and usability. Assist with various clinical initiatives, including research activities, presentations, pilot program support, strategic advisory input, and clinical content reviews. Engage in periodic internal strategy discussions, providing timely feedback in alignment with collaborative expectations common in contractor arrangements.
