THE TEAM AND ROLE
In the role of Clinical Change Manager (All Genders), you will be instrumental in guiding hospitals through the implementation of our Avelios software solution. This role is focused on operational excellence and user engagement, requiring your presence on-site at hospitals. You will support clinical end-users throughout training sessions, go-live events, and the hypercare phase, serving as a critical liaison between hospital stakeholders and our internal teams. Your effectiveness will be assessed based on seamless transitions, high user satisfaction, and operational stability post-go-live. Expect frequent travel to customer locations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee end-user training and hypercare phases in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate on-site and remote training sessions tailored for various clinical roles and workflows prior to go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the go-live and stabilization phases in hospitals.
Manage stakeholder relationships in the clinical setting, promoting acceptance and proactively addressing any concerns.
Gather, analyze, and document user feedback, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate and prioritize insights with internal teams to enhance our software and implementation processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Several years of practical experience in a hospital environment, with hands-on knowledge of clinical workflows and strong expertise in medication and nursing practices.
Thorough understanding of clinical operations, especially in medical documentation, medication workflows, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Experience in implementing or supporting clinical software solutions is a plus.
