YOUR PROFILESeveral years of professional experience in hospital settings (e.g., physicians, nursing, functional departments, controlling) or substantial consulting experience in hospital transformation or IT projects. Deep understanding of hospital workflows with the ability to structure and analyze complex clinical and operational requirements. Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in client interactions, workshop moderation, and the ability to clearly convey complex topics while managing conflicts professionally and empathetically. Experience in digitalization projects within hospitals, particularly with hospital information systems (KIS), and ability to translate clinical needs into structured documentation.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

As a Clinical Consultant (All Genders), you will play a crucial role in shaping the clinical and process-related foundation of projects post-contract. You will collaborate with both hospital stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate successful project implementations, acting as a pivotal clinical expert throughout the project lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across customers, the Project team, and the Product team during the configuration phase.

  • Lead clinical process and requirements workshops with hospital stakeholders, including software demonstrations.

  • Uphold and apply Avelios' best-practice standards across our software modules.

  • Align clinical target processes with client needs and define clear go-live and rollout scopes.

  • Identify product adjustment needs and work closely with the Product team to implement scalable improvements.
