The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in data management or the life sciences industry, particularly within software product management. In this role, you will champion customer success with our Veeva Clinical Data Management products, specifically the Veeva Clinical Database (CDB), focusing on our North American customers.
As a key member of the Clinical Data Management Product Expert team, you will significantly contribute to our Product organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Representing the Product organization and acting as an advocate for our products in customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
2. Voicing customer needs to help shape the product roadmap effectively.
3. Showcasing the value of our product innovations by creating valuable content and resources for both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is perfect for someone experienced with Veeva EDC and/or CDB applications or similar Clinical Data Management systems, eager to collaborate with customers, and passionate about driving their success.
