Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual in the early to mid-stages of their career to join our outreach and sales team. This role is essential in expanding Ember Health’s network of referring provider partners and supporting patient acquisition efforts throughout the New York metro area. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and relationship building, eager to collaborate with clinicians and help translate Ember's mission into impactful, trusted partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Growth & Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with clinicians, practices, and professional organizations. You will implement outreach strategies to educate potential clinician partners about Ember Health, converting them into active referral sources while cultivating relationships with existing partners for repeat referrals. Your contributions will have a direct and measurable effect on patient growth, with performance bonuses tied to the number of patients you help onboard.
