This Field Safety Representative position is based in Pleasanton, California and serves job sites across the Bay Area. The role centers on maintaining high safety standards and supporting a safe work environment for everyone at Royal Electric Company. What you will do Assess safety practices at Royal Electric and partner job sites throughout the region. Promote a strong safety culture and monitor compliance on-site. Coach team members, enforce safety standards, and ensure adherence to PPE requirements and NFPA 70E guidelines. Assist the safety department with job-specific safety plans, review customer safety manuals and specifications, and help investigate incidents. Document and enforce safety policies, including Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/JSP), daily huddles, safety meetings, and track findings related to safety. Deliver on-site training such as safety onboarding, equipment operation (forklift, scissor lift, manlift), confined space procedures, fall protection, and ladder safety. Inspect safety equipment regularly. Manage and track PPE and safety equipment inventory as needed. Help source and procure PPE and safety equipment when required.
