Your Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counseling, or therapy sessions.
- Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) services both virtually and onsite as required.
- Lead optional webinars and in-person seminars.
- Support employees with their wellbeing, stress management, and resilience-building efforts.
- Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.
