Role Overview:

The Devices function at Scarlet comprises a dynamic team of clinicians, AI specialists, and software engineers, collaboratively working to assess and certify the most innovative and impactful medical device software.

We take pride in delivering rapid and effective assessments, facilitating market access, new device updates, and ongoing monitoring of our expanding portfolio of medical devices.

As we scale our operations and increase the number of certified medical devices, we are seeking expertise in clinical AI, real-world evidence, and clinical research to support all stages of the customer journey.

You will be part of a team of clinical evaluation experts, conducting prompt and precise device assessments while providing insight and expertise to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Become authorized to evaluate the clinical assessment processes of the world's most innovative medical devices, with a focus on clinical studies and evidence.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on assessments of technical documentation.

  • Generate content on topics such as clinical AI, biostatistics, clinical research methodologies, and real-world evidence to educate teammates, clients, and prospects.

  • Represent Scarlet at events and conferences, deploying your expertise outward.

  • Monitor and act on regulatory insights from the latest research, standards, and guidelines.

  • Support the Sales and Customer Experience teams by providing regulatory and scientific insights regarding prospects and clients.

  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Design, and Applied ML teams to enhance our systems.
