We are seeking a Clinical Scientist who will take the lead in developing clinical LC-MS/MS assays. This role involves independently conducting original scientific research and creating innovative analytical technologies while managing project resources and timelines effectively.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as a technical leader to design, develop, and validate high-quality LC-MS/MS assays/products/technologies within established timelines.
- Providing formal and informal scientific mentoring to team members.
- Leveraging technical expertise to design experiments and independently contribute to multiple projects concurrently.
- Serving as a critical technical and scientific resource within the organization.
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing technical documentation essential for various stages of product development.
- Maintaining meticulous experimental records in compliance with company SOPs.
- Ensuring adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Upholding administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is a must.
