Strong understanding of structured finance and familiarity with CDO indenture language. Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in SQL for data analysis. Experience with Solvas or similar structured credit platforms. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills, capable of working in a high-pressure environment. Preferred Experience:Familiarity with SQL and CDO Suite. Demonstrated analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail.

We are seeking a motivated CLO Operations Specialist with at least 2 years of relevant financial experience. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and hone your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret CDO indenture documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of CLO transactions, focusing on asset reconciliation, reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Facilitate bond and bank loan trade settlements, and manage excess cash investments as directed by the Portfolio Manager.
  • Ensure all transaction documents meet legal and operational compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed investor reports, payment calculations, and waterfall distributions with precision and timeliness.
  • Work in collaboration with trustees, custodians, rating agencies, and portfolio managers to resolve transaction-related queries.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of asset-level activities, collateral performance, and deal-specific details.
  • Monitor key asset attributes including accruals, ratings, and industry classifications.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to guarantee data integrity.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new transactions to ensure seamless transitions for all parties involved.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or inaccuracies in data and calculations.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices to drive operational efficiency.
