Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all talent acquisition initiatives, guiding hiring teams in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top candidates.
- Manage performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members meet their potential.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement programs and resolving workplace conflicts.
- Facilitate the training and onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support team members' continuous learning and growth, advocating for their professional development.
- Ensure effective communication through regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
- Lead team projects by defining scopes, creating timelines, organizing meetings, delegating tasks, and coordinating with other departments.
- Manage the team’s workload and performance to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, adjusting as necessary.
- Align departmental initiatives with company-wide objectives on a quarterly basis.
- Analyze relevant data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Act as the primary contact for escalations and team member inquiries.
- Ensure quality control and provide learning opportunities for team members.
