Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud systems and environments. Oversee daily operations, monitoring, and resolution of issues for client/server/storage/network devices within cloud systems. Collaborate with support teams on workload management, patch management, Active Directory management, onboarding, and various troubleshooting tasks. Optimize cloud system operations and resource utilization through capacity analysis and planning. Deliver detailed analyses and feedback to management and internal customers on escalated tickets. Assist in the deployment of applications across various classification levels. Support the analysis and implementation of requirements to capabilities. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience (2 years as a Cloud Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator may substitute for a degree). Minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (e.g., TKG, Konvoy).
