About the Position:As a Lead Staff DevOps Engineer, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of the cloud infrastructure that drives our innovative products. Your role will encompass the architecture, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that facilitate a dynamic and rapidly evolving technology stack, including React and Next.js applications, as well as Python data pipelines orchestrated within a complex AWS ecosystem.This position integrates traditional DevOps functions with a significant emphasis on Release Engineering and infrastructure governance, ensuring the reliable and scalable delivery of software as the company expands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineers and product managers, to enhance development workflows, boost deployment reliability, and ensure the resilience and observability of systems.As our team grows swiftly, you will be instrumental in establishing infrastructure standards, best practices, and policies that empower engineering teams to accelerate their processes while maintaining stability and security. Moreover, you will drive information security and compliance initiatives across infrastructure and operations, ensuring that our systems are designed with security and regulatory readiness from the outset.This role is remote within Germany.
