Purpose of the Role
Lead the commercial strategy for cloud solutions, driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in infrastructure, software, and cloud platforms. The aim is to position the company as a strategic partner in digital transformation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and commercial sustainability.
Main Responsibilities
Design and implement the commercial plan for cloud services, aligned with strategic objectives and revenue targets.
Lead the complete B2B sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing) for cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to develop tailored value proposals, solution architectures, and competitive quotes.
Manage strategic relationships with key clients, promoting long-term agreements and loyalty programs.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in migration, security, automation, and cloud consulting services.
Monitor the performance of the cloud portfolio, analyzing market trends, margins, pricing, and competitor behavior.
Train and mentor the cloud sales team, enhancing their technical and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and promotional materials aimed at attracting corporate clients.
Establish partnerships with technology partners (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle, etc.) to enhance the portfolio and access channel benefits.
Present sales reports and projections to commercial management, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual objectives.
