Preferred postgraduate education or certifications in Cloud Business, Technical Sales, or Digital Transformation. Experience:Minimum of 5 years in corporate sales of technology solutions or cloud services. Experience leading commercial or pre-sales teams. Knowledge of cloud business models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and CRM tools. Key Competencies:Strategic vision and customer orientation.

Purpose of the Role

Lead the commercial strategy for cloud solutions, driving business growth through the identification, development, and closure of opportunities in infrastructure, software, and cloud platform services. The goal is to position the company as a strategic partner in digital transformation, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and commercial sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement the commercial plan for cloud services, aligned with strategic objectives and revenue targets.

  2. Lead the complete B2B sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing) for cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, among others).

  3. Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to create customized value propositions, solution architectures, and competitive quotes.

  4. Manage strategic relationships with key clients, promoting long-term agreements and loyalty programs.

  5. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in migration, security, automation, and cloud consulting services.

  6. Monitor the performance of the cloud portfolio, analyzing market trends, margins, pricing, and competitive behavior.

  7. Train and mentor the cloud sales team, enhancing their technical and negotiation skills.

  8. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and promotional materials aimed at attracting corporate clients.

  9. Establish partnerships with technology partners (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Oracle, etc.) to enhance the portfolio and access channel benefits.

  10. Present sales reports and forecasts to management, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual objectives.
