Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on CNC Support Technician to join our team in a developmental role. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid mechanical foundation who are eager to take charge of maintaining shop cleanliness, preparing machines, and conducting basic maintenance. Working closely with our experienced team, you will gain invaluable experience in a high-speed production environment while contributing to the organization and efficiency of our machine shop. We seek a practical 'fixer' who enjoys hands-on work and is enthusiastic about developing technical skills in CNC operations through direct experience and mentorship.
