FutureSight is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Founding CEO to spearhead the development of a pioneering AI-native reverse logistics orchestration platform. Reverse logistics, encompassing all processes that occur after a sale, has evolved into one of the most significant and least managed cost centers in contemporary commerce. The complexities of returns, warranties, exchanges, and recoveries represent unavoidable high-volume workflows, yet they are still largely overseen with fragmented tools, spreadsheets, and manual processes.
Our operations, finance, and customer engagement teams invest substantial resources in enforcing policies, tracking evidence, managing returns, and reconciling results, all while often lacking visibility into value loss or cash recovery timelines. This results in margin erosion, extended cycle times, and increasing operational burdens in a workflow that continues to expand.
We are creating an AI-first orchestration layer that integrates seamlessly between customers, fulfillment networks, and financial systems. Our platform enforces policies from the outset, captures evidence at the source, identifies the most efficient path for each return, and monitors outcomes until financial reconciliation , all without replacing existing ERPs, WMSs, or commerce platforms.
