They guide clients through an empowering fitness journey, educating them on the effective use of our resistance-based machines while motivating them to conquer challenging workouts. Each class is designed to be intense yet intimate, ensuring personalized attention and accountability in a supportive group atmosphere. With low lighting, energizing music, and a vibrant community, [solidcore] coaches are committed to helping individuals unlock their true potential.
All coaches at [solidcore] will participate in our extensive training program, which features small, highly selective groups to foster individualized support and strong relationships. Our training managers are dedicated to your success, providing continuous feedback and trackable goals. Prior fitness teaching experience or certifications are not required.
