We are seeking coding specialists who are deeply immersed in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming, all while being fluent in Indonesian. You will engage with sophisticated language models on subjects such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems. Your role will involve documenting failure modes to enhance model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will interact with the model regarding software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Indonesian, ensuring logical accuracy and coding fluency, evaluating the naturalness and correctness of the Indonesian language, capturing reproducible error traces, and proposing enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Practical coding experience, technical writing proficiency in Indonesian, or contributions to open source projects will indicate a strong fit. Clear and reflective communication, demonstrating your thought process, is essential.

We offer a competitive pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the precise rate determined based on your experience, expertise, and geographic location.
