We challenge industry standards with our tech-forward, entrepreneurial approach to affordable housing. Beyond our core real estate capabilities, we implement innovative service lines aimed at enhancing resident outcomes, fortifying communities, and streamlining operational efficiency. We are dedicated to embracing digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technologies, including AI, to build scalable systems supporting sustainable growth, all rooted in a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, partnership, dedication, and integrity.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of rent collection and landlord/tenant relations. You will monitor resident ledgers, delinquency reports, uncollectible rent, and reports on other uncollectible income. Providing coaching to site team members on effective rent collection techniques, resident communication, and reporting will be essential. Collaborating directly with Financial Managers, you will create and implement rent collection programs designed to meet and exceed collection goals. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between landlords and external legal counsel, and assist with filing and following up on all legal matters, including evictions and non-compliance.
