Position Overview:

CSN Keizer's is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bodyshop Production Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role demands a leader who is enthusiastic about team management, possesses reliability, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance as a representative of our company.

The Production Manager will oversee daily body shop throughput and ensure the quality of work by effectively managing the production team in both collision repair and painting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the company’s standards for ethical practices, professional image, customer service, and community relations.
  • Track vehicle progress throughout the day to provide timely updates to customers.
  • Supervise technicians, ensuring efficient time management, parts ordering, and job completion.
  • Lead and participate in quality control efforts.
  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as necessary.
  • Possess a solid understanding of auto body repair and refinishing requirements.
  • Assess technician capabilities and training needs to assign work effectively.
  • Motivate and inspire team members through strong leadership.
  • Coordinate with CSR and Shop Manager regarding scheduling and hiring needs.
  • Assist the repair planner to ensure a seamless collision repair process.
  • Collaborate with management to support various operational tasks as needed.
