Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. A minimum of 1 year of relevant closing experience, complemented by outbound SDR/BDR experience. Previous experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales with a passion for excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
