We are seeking a seasoned Commercial specialist to become a vital member of our team as a Commercial and Commissioning Business Partner.
At HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), an exciting transformation is underway! We are embarking on a pioneering Change Programme aimed at modernizing judicial services and leveraging digital technologies to enhance public service delivery. With over £1 billion in funding, this is the most ambitious initiative of its kind globally and marks the most significant transformation of courts and tribunals since the 19th century.
As a Commercial & Commissioning Business Partner within the Change Directorate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of our world-renowned justice system. The Portfolio is ambitious, and we require a resilient, resourceful, and adaptable individual to help drive this change.
In this role, you will assist the Senior Business Partner in identifying and defining requirements, deliverables, and outcomes for commissioning. Your expertise will guide programs in translating needs into actionable deliverables, drawing on your past experiences and insights from other governmental commissions. You will also be responsible for developing Commissioning Strategies based on diverse inputs from various Programmes, Projects, Workstreams, and Commercial considerations.
We are looking for someone to take the lead in the Define stage of the procurement cycle which includes Define, Buy, and Manage. You will define business requirements in collaboration with projects and programmes across Reform and HMCTS, ensuring that all aspects are comprehensively articulated to enable the market to understand our needs and formulate meaningful, manageable contracts.
