About Our Legal Team
Our Legal team is integral to hx's growth, facilitating revenue, managing risks, and ensuring that our commercial partnerships are built on robust foundations. We collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, and Product to ensure that our agreements support hx’s ambitious growth strategy while safeguarding the business.
You will be part of a small, high-impact team where ownership and judgment are paramount. We are constructing the legal framework that will support hx as we scale globally, developing modern templates, establishing clear playbooks, and implementing pragmatic guidelines that enable our commercial teams to operate swiftly without losing oversight.
This position is a pivotal role focusing on revenue and procurement contracts. You will be the primary advisor for deal negotiations, streamlining processes, reducing friction, and coaching non-legal stakeholders to engage confidently with legal matters.
