We believe in a customer-centric product strategy, collaborating closely with our Product team to identify and address the unique needs and challenges of each customer. Our mission extends beyond mere satisfaction; we aim to enchant our customers at every step of their journey, cultivating long-term relationships founded on trust, shared success, and mutual growth.
The Commercial Customer Success Manager will focus on a diverse portfolio of growth-oriented companies, primarily within the sub-1,000 employee segment. These clients sit outside of our strategic enterprise customer base.
